工作职责
- 协助上海团队完成每周的设计工作进度，以及各个项目的进度，向墨尔本办事处汇报并讨论项目，要求英语流利；
- 将优秀的项目团队管理技能应用到复杂的跨专业项目中，展示从生态城市到公共交通、土地利用到密度的最佳实践规划各个方面的设计知识。
- Assist the Shanghai team in weekly design work progress, and the progress of each project. Report to the Melbourne office and discuss projects, fluency in English is required；
- Apply excellent project team management skills to complex multi-disciplinary projects, displaying expertise in design and knowledge of all aspects of best-practice planning from eco-urbanism, to public transport, to land-use and density.
职位要求
- 具有城市规划或同等学历、具有2年以上行业经验（优秀应届毕业生可放宽年限要求）；
- 熟练使用各种计算机软件，包括AutoCAD、InDesign、SU、ArcGIS和Illustrator等；
- 对5-10平方公里的城市密度规划有较深入的了解，尤其是江苏、浙江和上海；
- 能在各种正式和非正式场合，自信地向客户展示，代表公司管理客户关系；
- 能服务于小型（1平方公里）到大型（180平方公里）项目。
- Degree qualified in Urban Planning or equivalent, with at least 2 years post-grad industry experience（excellent fresh graduates can relax the requirements of years）；
- Demonstrate proficiency in the various computer based programs including AutoCAD, InDesign, SU、ArcGIS and Illustrator；
- Great understanding of 5 – 10 sqkm urban density planning especially for Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai；
- Present to clients confidently in a variety of formal and informal settings, and manage client relationships on the behalf of our company；
